Why is a "Re-Activation" window popping up when starting DS?

A few of my users have been getting a new "Re-Activation" window pop up when starting Draftsight.  It asks the user to reactivate again and where they are primarily using the software.....Work/Home or for School.

Why are we constantly being asked to "Re-Activate" DS all the time?  This should be a one-time thing but seems to be an ongoing thing from DS.
