I want to reinstall R14.  "program has to close... messages on startup.

Last week  in installed R15 total mess. I reported in detail problem and messages no response.

Now i've reloaded a back up of my entire system to the old point with r14.  Like a dummy I tried r15 again- same problem 

this time even dumber I no longer have the old backup up system.

I'm hoping uninstalling r15 adn loading r14 with get me working again.

My work depends on this program - can i pay for support to help fix this problem.??????
