I am using DS on a MAC. Is there any way of reverting to a 'factory setting' of DS?

When changing the CCS of an ENTITY i used to go to TOOLS/NEW CCS/ ENTITY. I used to find this cumbersome and as i couldn't find an icon for that command, so i (wrongly) changed the COMMAND STRING in the CUSTOMISE INTERFACE OPTION. Despite changing the command string back to what it originally was ^C^C_CCS_E and everything looking the same as before i tried to meddle,  when i go to TOOLS/NEW CCS/ ENTITY, i get UNRECOGNISED COMMAND CCS_E.

How can i get this command to work again, and how can i make a button to allow me to quickly change my CCS to an entity?
