UNable to reactivate Draftsight

Hello,

 

I need to reactivate Draftsight. I see the activation dialog box. After I enter my information (email, industry, county, etc.) and press activate, the program closes. I do not see a dialog box indicating that I should be receiving an email. I have not received any email (I have checked my junk box. I have even tried using my Hotmail account to activate, as one post suggested that sometimes using a company email doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.
