We recently upgraded Draftsight to current version after uninstalling the old one.  When openning the software from the desktop icon, the software crashes at the splash screen.  It gives an error exception code in the event log.  I have posted the log entry below.

I worked around this situation once by running as an administrator, however that no longer works either.
