While we were able to work with Draftsight on a user's PC with no problem at all, it just stopped working out of a sudden. When we try to load Draftsight since yesterday it doesn't load correctly while using the user's account. It only loads as an image in the function line but the actual window of the program cannot be loaded (see picture below). 

It loads perfectly if I run it as an admin but the user doesn't have admin rights so we can't figure out how to overcome this difficult.

We already tried to do an installation repair but it didn't have any results.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
