You can see from the screen shot above that many of my toolbars have moved partially off the main screen and are stuck somewhere between my two screens.  Unfortunately, this means the grips whereby I could move the toolbars are not accessible.  I have removed the program and downloaded the 2017 version but somehow (!) the same settings were reloaded.  I'm stuck and can't work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Mike.
