Hello! I am unable to activate the "Letter" size in printing. The thumbnail is blank, the drawing is way out of sight. I don't know where it is. I've moved the drawing all over the Sheet space to try to capture it. But it's not there.  I've clicked multiple configurations according to Printing directions for DraftSight 2018. 

Do I have the right paper option menu on my version of 2019 Professional?  It doesn't look like it.  The American size paper does not engage.  

I'm at a loss. I need 8-1/2 x 11 American size business paper. Help!!! Thank you!
