I have just spent half an hour searching through my past questions and comments to see if there have been any developments. I found one new comment and answered it, but I doubt if the poster will ever see the comment as he will have to search for half an hour as well.

This is hopeless. We need automatic email notification of responses to our messages if this forum is to be any use to anyone. In years to come someone could add a comment to one of the questions I posed this week, and it might be important information, but I'm never going to find it.

It would take hours.

We keep telling you - to be of any use this forum, "community", or whatever it is needs pulling up by the roots and throwing away, and replacing by a proper forum.
