The DraftSight Professional x64 could not be started

Dear Sir/Madam

I have made such complain many times.

I have purchased the DraftSight Professional x64 on Sept 22, 2015.

I installed the program and key-in the license code during installation.

After installation, the program could not be started.

I tried to transfer the license to other computer.

The license code was locked at the first computer.

After purchasing the license code of this draftsight professional x64, the program was never started.

I never see what the draftsight professional looks like.

I have contacted this help center.

But all the proposal didn't work.

Since the program could not be started, I was not able to transfer the license code.

The license was locked.

What is the deal now?

Please either resolve my problem or refund.
