I'm scrolling through all the questions and seeing very few answers. Is this what I should expect in the way of support? I have questions before I buy.
Approximately, what kind of command changes from the free version will I have to learn?
Will Tabs be my only menu choice? I like icons.
Will I be able to open files drawn in the Free version?
Can I have a copy on my desktop and my laptop. Understandably, 1 location use at a time?
If I'm having installation issues how long will it take for the email response? I don't need down time for days on end!
After looking in here it seems you have to download the software, pay for it, find your having problems that no one will answer, and then you're stuck with a non-support software and out the money.
Please tell me how I'm suppose to present that cost scenario to my new boss?
