Just after installing sp2 (windows64) the right click of the mouse during a command no longer works as pressing enter.

In Options / User Preferences / Mouse Options / Currently Processing Command, I have selected Is Same as Pressing Enter.

Then I selected Apply & OK. But it does not work. When I right click while in a command, it repeats the last command instead of being the same as pressing enter.
