To whom it may concern

This morning, I started DrafSight 2017 as usual but instead of doing so, it asked for activation (yet again)

I input the info, click activate and the software immediately crashes... doesn't start at all. Tried it several times and it was the same exact issue... asks for Activation and once "activate" button is pushed, the software crashes.

Uninstalled it, then downloaded 2018 SP0 and installed it... same exact problem... it asks for activation but after the info is input and the "activate" button is hit, just a blink of a screen appears and software immediately crashes.

Options? Solutions? Comments?

Previous to today, I have not had experienced any issues with the software.
