When will a problem free service pack get released?

Using 2022 SP2. Windows 10

I have had several random crashes and getting frustrated. Simple things as zooming with the mouse wheel, crash. Crashes when you least expect it, sometimes won't save and loos a lot of work.

Other issues

1. When I select a dimension and look in properties. says no selection. Select the dimension by crossing window and it shows up in properties.

2. Plot styles. We use STB plot styles and all are set to black yet some things still plot in color. Yes, everything has been checked, re checked and tested.

3. Insert an image of an aerial view map, brings in a different image.
