Hi I have just purchased and successfully downloaded, registered etc Draftsight Professional 2019. When I start to use it the sheet freezes after a few seconds and the cross hairs won't move. My mouse pointer only works around the outside of the sheet at the buttons etc. If I close the drawing and try to open another one, the drawing does not even appear on the sheet. I have been using the free version of Draftsight for years and never had any issues with this.

Can anyone help?
