If I want to see or change the properties of an entity I click on the entity and either right click and select "properties" on the context menu, or click on the properties manager if it's showing in the side bar.

But many times the Property Manager says "no selection". In the screen shot below a dimension is selected, but the Property Manager reports "NO SELECTION"

As much as I hate Autodesk I am beginning to miss my AutoCAD. Draftsight has not been a very happy experience.
