Program will not restart

I could not get the program to re-start after a crash.   So I had to re-install the software.   Now, it just hangs - and does not restart or do anything other that display the Draftsight boot-up box (graphic) in the middle of the screen. I understand that Draftsight logs or otherwise captures the specific computer "credentials" - and will not allow another install.

How can I resolve this?   I have purchased TWO copies of the program - and neither will boot!

I have tried to in-install several times, but it will simply not restore or re-boot no matter what I try.

I guess I need Draftsight to "wipe" the computer credentials it has - so I can get a clean re-install, but there seems to be NO ONE at Draftsight who cares to help me (unless of course I want to BUY something else from them).
