I disinstalled an old version of draftsight on a PC with WindowsXP SP3 to install an updated version. (32bit)

After the installation appeares this message in Italian (I'm installing an Italian Language version) :

Impossibile trovare il punto di ingresso InitializeCriticalSectionEx della procedura nella libreria di collegamento dinamico KERNEL32.dll

and then another message that suggests to reinstall all, but after repeating 3 times with the same messages, I don't know how to proceed and I can't use the program.

Is this because I had an old version installed and it is not completely unistalled?

Is there some tool that help me to clean the old version on my pc and the I can reinstall all.
