Is there any solution to install hotfix on windows XP?

When I try unzip with WINZIP i have first error ("error 5 running command hotfix.exe").

The second error encountered when I tried run hotfix.exe. (hotfix.exe is not correct application WIN32).

Is there any solution to this problem?

Can I manually apply hotfix? How?

I know windows XP is abandoned but this computer is not my it is computer in my work.
