Created a 10" x 7.5" rectangle.  Print at 1:1 scale to laser printer (ANSI A Letter) and the printed graphics are significantly smaller and at an abitrary scale.

Tested printing to two different devices (HP inkjet and Okidata laser).  Same incorrect results in both cases. Also tried printing to PDF which worked OK.

Print preview looks fine, but printed output does not match.
