Printing margins and offsets not properly aligned

This is an issue with print alignment.

So we are now using Draftsight 2015 v64 on our Windows 7 (64) machines.
We have default offsets for printing [on 11x17 paper & in landscape] that are set as follows:

X:  0.1600
Y: -0.2500
PRINT RANGE: Drawing Boundary

When we print from a full version of AutoCad, these settings print the drawings dead-center of the paper.
Some machines that have older versions of Draftsight and they also print fine, however for any machines that have the newer version of 2015 x64 installed, it throws the print alignment off slightly, sometimes cutting off the bottom border or placing it so close to the bottom of the page that it has to be reprinted anyway. It seems to want to move the drawing down and to the right instead of properly bordered with the assigned margin settings.

As these settings are the standard we use, and have been for 15+ years, we know it is not the settings that are the issue but rather how Draftsight is interpreting the coordinates within the confines of the paper.

Does anyone have any insights as to how to correct this behavior (outside of additional steps of a workaround)?

Thank you.
