Print configuration not working in DraftSight 2017 after hotfix/reinstall

I have a colleague who cannot get his fresh installation of DraftSight to print correctly to our Xerox 7225 printer/copier on 11x17 paper, but it was working fine before the hotfix came out. Every time he tries it we keep getting the upper left-hand corner of what appears to the drawing scaled to its original size (A0-ish). Absolutely none of the settings in DraftSight change anything except orientation. Weirdly, I've told DraftSight to print it as a PDF and that works perfectly, as does printing the 11x17 PDF created by DraftSight. Also, on other machines the drawing he is working with print just fine as well. I even copied my printer profile over to his machine and set it as active and that didn't change anything either.

I'm pretty much out of things to try. Any help would be appreciated. I'm pretty confident it's not a driver problem since everything else works.
