I have downloaded DraftSight today and I am trying to figure out how to configure the mouse wheel to allow dynamic zoom and dynamic pan all the time on the wheel.

If I select the dynamic pan command, I can dynamic zoom with the wheel and use the left mouse click to dynamic pan.   So the software can do this feature of pan and zoom combined and it works well.  

What I have not been able to find is how to configure the mouse wheel to do both all the time.   I do have dynamic zoom on the wheel all the time.  This came with the install.  I am trying to add dynamic pan by pressing down the wheel and dragging.  This feature of both pan and zoom then I am hoping will allow the feature to work inside of commands. 

For example: 

1. When you select and move a block you can pan across the drawing, zoom in and then insert the block.

2. You can zoom and pan across the drawing just to see areas without having to invoke the dymanic pan command. You just use the mouse wheel.

Any pointers on how to do this?
