The same applies to enlargement, reduction, and movement.
The cause may be the influence of the graphic board and its driver.
If you use the same PC with RDP from the network, this phenomenon will not occur.
The graphic board used is NVIDIA GTX1080Ti.
The driver used is that of 2019/7/24 Ver. 26.21.14.3200.
Does anyone have similar symptoms and solutions?
