I have installed v1r1.3 and noticed Osnap won't work properly ( although in v1r12 it does ).

When I select the point I want to move from, either by standing over with pointer or clicking as an Osnap, the movement is longer than I need and ponit towards the pointer but starting point is the last inputted (eg: the second definition point of a rectangle )

Fix to this would be greatly appreciated .
