I have a title block (defined as a block) with a bunch of fields set via drawing properties. If no value is set they are shown as "####" and they print that way. How do I disable this behavior of null, blank, empty fields?

Also, if I change the document properties the corresponding fields don't update unless I close and reopen the file. Using _REBUILDFIELD fails because it doesn't even find the fields in a block (always "0 found").

It also doesn't help that the Drawing Properties dialog is not resizable.  Please avoid the GUI limitations of the previous decade.
