On page 113 of http://www.3ds.com/fileadmin/PRODUCTS/DRAFT_SIGHT/PDF/GETTING-STARTED-GUIDE.pdf. Instruction call for to Click the Axis Point icon from the Pattern dialog which I cannot locate on the pattern dialog on the modify toolbar drop down, there is no icon. The only axis point even showing is to the right of the element base point
