I only rarely have a need to use Draftsight, but need to use it now.

I started the 2015 free version this morning, and a box comes up saying I need to reactivate the software.

I fill out the information, and it informs me I need to reactivate.

I noticed it was 2015 version, so I download and install 2016 version.

Same thing trying to activate. I fill out the information, and told I need to reactivate.

What do I need to do in order to get the software to start working again?
