I have been using draftsight free version happily for a while, then I got a re-activation message giving me 30 days to submit the re-activation. I re-activated every day for 30 days but received NO response. Once the 30 days were up the program stopped working, I still get the re-activation message, but when I fill it in the program simply shuts down. I have tried uninstalling and downloading a new free package but get the same result. My second computer with draftsight is now in its 30 day re-activation period and I am getting the same lack of response. Which means that program will stop working in the next 8 days. I have tried to contact you repeatedly over the last 2 months but still NO response.

Does this mean draftsight is only actually "free" for a limited time, if so can you not just be honest about it when it is downloaded? I refuse to buy the professional copy after experiencing your dishonesty.

I am extremely disappointed in your lack of response and lack of service.
