DraftSight 2017 free CAD software

I have had to re-install software after a PC malfunction and have managed to reconfigure menus/toolbar

(what a fuss) but am left with a single pick mouse

what I need back is the multi-pick mouse , I,ve done it loads of time in the past but have to admit defeat

any help would be appreciated
