How to model a particulate reinforced composite.

Assuming all the particulates are in spherical shape with equal dia and spaced at a equive distance from each other.

In a search I found that considering a sphere inside a cube. I tried it but unable to mesh it so could please provide me some video tutorials are modeled file to learn. It will a great help for me to move forward in my work
