I'm having the weirdest issue, that when I click on the layers manager button nothing comes up but it acts like a new little pop up window is open. Everything get's a little greyed out and it won't let me click anywhere else, but the layers manager window itself is nowhere to be found. The only remedy is to press esc on the keyboard. I've disconnected all of my external displays in the thought that it was just hiding beyond something or in a different window or something but it's still nowhere to be found. Does anyone have ideas? I've tried resetting the defaults in the AppsData folder path on C: and still it didn't help. Thank you
