I am new to Draft Sight

Somehow, I just lost my command window at the bottom of the page.

I can (F2) and get it to show-up, but as soon as I click on the main page again it goes away.

How do I get the Command Window to stay showing at the bottom of the page?

I also cannot see my (Home) & (Properties) Tabs that use to be located just above the Command Window how do I get these tabs to show again?
