[Linux Ubuntu] Windows not initialized correctly. Creates ghosted outlines.

I run DraftSight on Linux. The main window runs maximized on the main screen and I position Preferences and the Command window on the secondary screen in order to get the most drawing area possible. Sometimes the extra windows fails to initialize properly and creates the misplaced "ghosts". The ghosts are there, but you can't click them.

DraftSight 2015 SP3

When I started DS today the startup splash screen didn't display correctly. It was ghost outlined and the main window didn't appear. I do run the application with the option set to launch "Application in Terminal" to catch any output from stdout, like errors and warnings. When DS failed to start properly, I switched to the terminal window and I pressed some key combination (Esc or Ctrl-C or something)  and the main window appeared, without the extra child windows. I closed the new drawing that always appear when DS is launched hoping that that would fix the windows initialization issues. Then I opened the drawing that i needed to make some measurements against. The child windows didn't initialize properly this time.

The phone rang, and I needed to look up something on the internet so I tried to raise the Firefox window but couldn't. DS decided that it needed to be on top of everything and didn' t want to minimize. Having  done what I needed to do in DS, I decided to close the program. The usual "Save Changes" dialog appeared, but nothing happened when I clicked on the buttons. Keyboard input still worked, so I could tab to the wanted button and press Enter.

And the mouse lag bug is still a big pain in the butt.

I'm running 64bit Ubuntu 15.4 with open source Radeon drivers and I check the repositories for updates at least once a week. I've seen windows initialization issues since  the first release of DS 2015 but not this bad.

The JUNIPER graphics card is a Radeon HD 6770 since I don't trust integrated graphics enough and it got dual DVI output. I've always run CAD software on dual screens (started with AutoCAD 2.5 EGA + Hercules).
