Every time I try to open the layer properties manager I get an "error" message in the command window.  Anyone have any thoughts. I'm running Draftsight 2017, x64 SP0.  I saw a similar thread where it was implied the manager window was off the screen and could be moved back "on screen" using a key sequence.  However in my case it's erring and never seems to try to open.

At this point I have no way to rename a layer.  I can create them if I import them from another file, but that's pretty useless since I can't change the layer name.
