I would like to request your assistance with a licensing issue related to DraftSight. We currently have two licenses active on our license server:
- DraftSight Enterprise
- DraftSight Enterprise Plus
Both licenses are properly activated and visible in the License Manager. However, when attempting to install and activate DraftSight Enterprise Plus on a client machine, we receive the following error message:
"Could not obtain network license activation, contact your network administrator."
I have already that the license server is online and the licenses are active. The issue seems to be related to the client's connection to the server or how the license is being assigned.
Could you please help us identify and resolve the cause of this issue?
