Is there a version of DraftSight that is compatible with Windows Vista 32 bit OS?

I have installed the latest version available from the DraftSight website, but when I attempt to open a drawing the document window is completely grey and the cursor disappears when placed in that area of the screen.  All other menus are available, and the document even prints normally, but I cannot SEE anything.

Is this a Vista-related problem, a graphics-card issue, or...?

The file I am trying to view/edit was created on a Windows 7 machine, using DraftSight version V1R3 x64
