I have been given a PDF of proposed elevations on a site and have been asked to create a cut and fill figure of the earthworks. I have the current elevations in Draftsight however I am wondering if there is a way I can extract the proposed elevation data saved as Autocad SHX text without manually retyping it.

I think it is possible to do it in Autocad but I do not have access to it.
