Recently I have had issues with my laptop and had to re-install Windows 7 and Draftsight.  With the new installation, the mouse movement had delays on the drawing screen but not the menu portion of the screen.

The version of Draftsight was an older version.  The most recent version was downloaded and installed.  Things got from bad to worse.  Now when drawing, the mouse click does not end up where it was placed.  The point ends-up off screen.  Other functions appear to have issues as well.  Zoom to fit does not always yield the results.
