I've paid for tech support - still nothing.

Our problems with DS are severe and costly. The program won't allow me to do anything to select objects, draw, manipulate, create, insert, etc... I can print, that's about the extent of it. I have attempted every single suggestion here.

Finally, we decided we couldn't wait for an answer any longer. So, we paid for the technical support. The phone number tells you to leave a message. I did, twice in the last 24 hours and still have not received a call back. The email sends an automatic response that they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Does anyone know the magic words to get someone to help? Has anyone else tried the tech support route with better results?

This is costing the company time and money.
