I have several sheets and each sheet has a unique print configuration.

I save the file and close it.

I open the file and each of the sheets has the paper moved (displaced) to an incorrect location. The portrait sheets are all rotated to landscape in addition to no longer being set at 0,0.

The landscape sheets are displaced to a location other than 0,0.

When I re-apply the print configuration to each sheet, the paper immediately goes to the correct location with no manipulation required from me. I save the file after the corrective actions and the next time I open the the file they are all in the wrong place again. This happens on all files including the template file when I want to start a new drawing or when I edit the template to add new information.

UPDATE: It is no longer all paper sizes and sheets, but is isolated to only one letter size print configuration that is portrait. when I open up the template this one sheet always appears with the paper set up horizontally (landscape) while the title block and the viewport  on this sheet remain in a portrait orientation.
