My computer broke so was unable to deactivate my Draftsight licence on it, now I am unable to use this licence on my new computer. I have had the same issue with other software, including Solidworks, but only with Draftsight I have not been able to reach any technical support to remotely deactivate the licence. I use Draftsight daily and have spent a month sending emails, now my free trial period is finished so this is very urgent.
