I have draftsight on my desktop PC and am able to add or change default scales under tools, options and drawing settings.

I've emailed a drawing file to my laptop, and cannot find the option to change the scale.  It's not where it is on the desktop and after 90 minutes of head scratching I'm stumped.

Any advice on what I'm doing that is different would be gratefully received!
