Our engineering department uses 16 GB 8-core Lenovo thinkstations, currently draftsight runs my machine out of available memory and consumes one core 100%; after a few minutes the entire machine is completely useless as it is dedicating so many resources to draftsight.  I tried letting it go once, but the machine ultimately crashed after about 20 minutes.
