My company just transitioned to 3D design, but we want to keep a 2D software.  It will be used for basics and sketching.  I'm wondering if DraftSight is truely free.  I have seen things about a 30 day trial, I'm wondering if we will lose the software after the 30 days, or if we will have to pay to keep it?
