How do I get back the drafting tools that have disappeared from the Tools Matrix palette when the screen format was changed

The user interface on my copy of Draftsight 2019 has changed and now the tools matrix palette does not have all the tools that I normally use in it. How do I get those tools back into the Tools Matrix palette? (And why on Earth has it changed anyway???)
