Here's what we need to do:

1.  Open Draftsight and bring in our template

2.  Insert a reference image - desired placement is x=1.2, y-2.0, factor = 8.0

My question is:  Is there a way to have this placement stored/remembered so we don't have to manually enter our placement information each time?
