Same problem with the "ERROR 5 Running Command HOTFIX.EXE" -

HOTFIX.exe is not a 32bit application.

System is Win XP Pro SP3 32bit

DS V1R3.2

I also can see the "DDkernel.dll" file but no way to install it because of error above.

Please respond with fix.
