Doe's anyone know how to turn these tool bars off so when I start the program they don't come on. It's extremely annoying every time I start Draftsight they start even though I've turned them off in the toolbars and locked the tool bars. Also does anyone know why the command window won't lock to a position anymore? I reently upgraded from 2017 SP3 I skipped 2018 because 2017 was so good, not enjoying 2019.
