Hey ya'll- I'm trying to hatch a rectangle that has been trimmed by a circle (I have an array of rectangles, looks like a sun burst, with a circle cut out of the center of the array).  I am making a photo lithography mask, so the rectangles need to be solid.  How can I do this?  The hatching tool isn't working...

I tried this the other way too... I filled the rectangle and then tried to trim.  It didn't work.

Help please!!!
